The 2026-2027 Castle Keep Residents’ Association annual fee statement was communicated to all owners by email or mail on May 25, 2026. This annual HOA fee covers the period from June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027. Fees are due as of June 15, 2026, and interest will be charged per the encumbrance at a rate of 18% after June 30, 2026.
It is the homeowner’s responsibility to keep their contact information current; including mailing address, email, and phone number.
