As a residents’ association, CKRA is funded through annual fees registered on each property title. These funds allow us to:

• Maintain and enhance entrance parks and landscaped areas
• Care for certain trees and green spaces throughout the neighbourhood
• Oversee the timber bridge and other community features that add character and value
• Plan seasonal displays and improvements that elevate the look of Castle Keep

Through responsible management of these features, CKRA helps protect property values and maintain a high standard of community appearance. Residents benefit from cohesive landscaping, well-kept common areas, and a neighbourhood that continues to grow in appeal year after year.
